I asked Maria how she and Brian meet and her eyes immediately told me it was love at first sight. “I had a new flatmate move in. I came home one day and he had his friends over… he introduced me to them and one of them was Brian. I was so blown away by this gorgeous man I immediately excused myself, went to my bedroom, closed the door, sat down on my bed and took lots of deep breaths!”
The day of the wedding I watched Maria take many deep breaths - there was so much love packed into their beautiful picnic wedding. Together really is a beautiful place to be.
